The flyin will commence on the 26 June 2009 and finish on Monday 29 June.
The cost will be £100 for singles and £150 for a double room.
A group meal is provided on the Saturday night and a barbecue on Sunday night and breakfast in the morning.
There will of course be some excellent flying.
