Murray, Dave Almey from Skycraft and Gary were on hand to discuss Jabiru and Rans Kits.
On display was the new Rans S19 part built kit fitted with a Jab 3300. It's a two place group A low wing metal aircraft. The quality of the kit was of a very high standard and to a proper aircraft type spec. All the solid riveting is factory done, the rest of the riveting being blind pop rivets. Skins are all CNC cut / drilled making it just an assembly job. Murray had finished and painted the fin and rudder, filling the pop rivets as per the MK26 spitfire I built a while back and it looked good.

Also on display was a new J430 kit fitted with it's main gear but otherwise how it comes 'out the box'
The First UK J160 close to getting its first permit was also there.
