Not really the weather anyone had hoped for. Visitors were down on last years figures which were also poor due to bad weather. There were a good number who had flown in managing to dodge the storms, quite a few of them, Jabs.
ST Aviation had the new J160 on display along with the new J430 demonstrator aircraft. There was a good deal of interest in both aircraft, in particular the four seater in the case of three couples with medium to large size dogs!
People were surprised by the amount of room in the cabin
The J160 which was brought in ready built is almost approved ready for kit builders and will be available as, factory built or home build kit. I was impressed by the range of 1030nm on full tanks with a cruise of 100kts
